Terms & Conditions.

These terms explain how to use our website and what to expect when arranging a photography or video project with MAROCRAW by Pampprod.

1. About Pampprod

MAROCRAW is a visual storytelling platform operated by Pampprod. We provide photography and video services for weddings, portraits, interiors, food, brands, documentaries, and other productions.

Services are provided by Pampprod. For questions about our services or these terms, contact contact@marocraw.com.

2. Using our website

You may use this website to explore our work, learn about our services, and contact us. Please do not misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website’s operation.

Portfolio images and videos illustrate our work. The scope, creative direction, and deliverables for your project will be agreed separately.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. We first discuss your requirements and provide a written proposal.

Booking confirmation requirements are specified in your proposal or project agreement, including acceptance of the agreement and any required initial payment. Your date is reserved once we confirm the booking in writing.

Your proposal or project agreement sets out the services, schedule, fees, and deliverables. Any agreed changes should be recorded in writing.

4. Prices and payments

Your quote specifies the currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and included services. Travel, accommodation, location fees, and other agreed expenses are identified in the proposal.

Quote validity, any initial payment, and the balance due date are specified in your proposal or project agreement. Changes to the payment schedule must be agreed in writing.

Additional coverage, edits, or deliverables require agreement on any extra fees before the additional work begins.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please send cancellation or rescheduling requests in writing as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written agreement.

Notice periods, any cancellation charges, refund conditions, and the treatment of initial payments are specified in your project agreement.

If we need to cancel, we will contact you promptly to discuss the arrangements provided in your project agreement, including any applicable refund or alternative date.

6. Preparing for your shoot

Please provide accurate project details, timings, locations, and essential requirements before the shoot. Let us know promptly if anything changes.

Responsibilities for venue access, filming permissions, participant permissions, and preparing the location will be set out in your project agreement.

Delays, restricted access, weather, or changes to the schedule may affect coverage. We will discuss practical adjustments and any changes to the scope or fees with you.

7. Editing and delivery

Your proposal specifies the number or scope of final images and videos, file formats, delivery method, and estimated turnaround.

Editing follows the creative direction agreed for your project. Specific retouching, included revisions, and alternative versions are defined in the agreed scope.

The availability of RAW photographs or unedited footage, delivery access, and any archive period are specified in your project agreement.

Original project files are stored locally on SSDs at our company. Please keep your own backup of the final files you receive.

8. Image rights and permitted use

Your project agreement sets out ownership and the permission granted to use the final photographs and videos, including any limits on commercial use, advertising, or sharing with third parties.

Website photographs, videos, and other content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Commercial licensing and any credit requirements are specified in your project agreement. Use of music or other third-party material depends on the relevant permissions and licence terms.

9. Portfolio publication and privacy

We obtain your permission before publishing photographs or videos from your project in our portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials.

Please discuss confidentiality requirements before booking so they can be recorded in your project agreement.

Information about how we handle personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

If you have a privacy concern about an image or video published by us, contact contact@marocraw.com with a link or description so we can review your request.

10. Unexpected events and project concerns

If illness, severe weather, venue closure, or another unexpected event affects a project, we will communicate with you and discuss the available options.

If you have a concern about our services or delivered work, contact contact@marocraw.com with your booking details and a description of the issue.

We will review your concern with you and discuss a resolution based on the agreed project scope and the arrangements in your project agreement.

11. Disputes

Please contact us first so we can discuss your concern and seek an amicable resolution.

Any applicable law and dispute resolution arrangements should be specified in your project agreement.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these website terms. The date above indicates the latest revision. Changes do not automatically replace the terms of an existing confirmed project agreement.

For questions or booking enquiries, contact contact@marocraw.com.
